Davis is getting a second Chipotle Mexican Grill! A brand-new 2,334 sq ft location featuring the popular Chipotlane® drive-thru pickup lane is officially in the works for 4823 Chiles Road (former Cindy's Restaurant site).
The project, filed with the City of Davis in July 2024, will replace the old building with a modern Chipotle designed for speed and convenience — perfect for those who want fresh burritos, bowls, and tacos without the downtown Davis parking hassle.
