The wait is almost over: Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Cafe, the viral Japanese-style soufflé pancake chain, is preparing to open its highly anticipated Davis location — marking the brand’s first outpost in California.

Located at 835 Russell Blvd, Suite 180 inside the newly redeveloped The Davis Collection (formerly University Mall), Fluffy Fluffy will bring its signature ultra-light, jiggly soufflé pancakes, croffles, matcha tiramisu stacks, and Instagram-worthy desserts to the heart of West Davis.

Grand Opening Expected Soon

Originally teased during The Davis Collection’s grand opening on September 10, 2025, an exact opening date has not yet been announced, construction is in the final stages, positioning Fluffy Fluffy for a soft opening soon.

The cafe will join a vibrant new lineup at The Davis Collection that already includes Volt Coffee (daytime cafe + evening taproom), Essential Hotpot, and the recently reopened Fluffy Donuts — creating a one-stop destination for food and dessert lovers in West Davis.
